Tree Removal
Sometimes it becomes necessary to remove a tree entirely. Dead, dying, or heavily diseased trees pose a safety hazard and are not worth the risk to keep around. Homeowners may also consider removing trees that have outlived their usefulness, are affecting growth of neighboring trees and plants, or are simply in the wrong location.
Tree Trimming
Trees are generally trimmed for safety or health.

Safety – Dead or broken branches and limbs can fall off at any time, which is a serious safety hazard especially as hurricane season arrives.

Health – You can sometimes avoid tree removal and save an infected tree by strategically pruning away affected branches and limbs. Thinning the crown of a tree improves airflow, which can be very beneficial. If branches are crossing or rubbing together, they should be trimmed or removed so that they don’t fall unexpectedly.
Tree Pruning
Pruning is the targeted removal of individual branches. It is a necessary part of proper tree maintenance and contributes directly to the health and longevity of a tree. Trees that are properly pruned are much better able to withstand storms and disease.
Stump Grinding and Removal
Stump removal is accomplished with the help of a stump grinder. The steel teeth on the grinding wheel chew the stump into small chips. The chips can be used elsewhere in your landscaping or hauled away. Our stump grinding service includes everything from a basic grind (we prep the area and grind the stump; you perform the cleanup) to the full service (we prep and grind as well as clean up chips and backfill the hole with new soil).
